Hassan Aljanabi
Co-Founder
Hassan Aljanabi is the Co-Founder of Rapid House Deals, where he leads the sales team and oversees property evaluations, offers, negotiations, underwriting, and works closely with homeowners throughout the selling process.
With a degree in International Business and experience as a real estate investor himself, Hassan brings firsthand industry knowledge. His philosophy is to treat sellers fairly, understand the situation behind every property, and find solutions that make sense for everyone involved.
Outside of work, he enjoys MMA, traveling, and playing volleyball.
Karla Aljanabi
Co-Founder
Karla Aljanabi is the Co-Founder of Rapid House Deals, where she leads the people, growth strategy, business expansion, and direction of the company.
As a real estate investor herself, Karla understands the importance of making thoughtful decisions around property. Her philosophy is that sellers should always be treated with honesty, kindness, and respect for their unique situation. With a background in International Business, she built Rapid House Deals to create a positive impact in the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys Muay Thai, traveling, and playing pickleball.

Logina Shaalan
Operations Specialist
Logy is an Operations Specialist at Rapid House Deals, where she supports the systems and processes that help the company run smoothly and continue growing.
She enjoys solving problems, improving how things work, and supporting the team behind the scenes. Her background in real estate has helped her develop a practical, hands-on approach to her role.
Outside of work, Logy studies Mechatronics Engineering and enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and working on engineering projects.
Perry El-Sharkawy

& Transaction Coordinator
Perry is a Home Buying Specialist and Transaction Coordinator at Rapid House Deals, where she works closely with homeowners and helps create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
She enjoys communicating with sellers, solving problems, and making things feel simple and easy to understand. Her background in real estate has given her experience across both seller communication and transaction support.
Outside of work, Perry studies Economic Studies and Political Science and speaks Arabic, English, and conversational German.
Mia El-Kaliouby
